The Cité is made up of two buildings where 28 luxury studio bedsit flats for single occupancy are located. This accommodation is only available to students.
The Flats consists of:
LIVING / BEDROOM:
Each room has fitted wardrobes with mirror doors and the floor is tiled.
KITCHEN:
Stainless steel kitchen sinks and cupboards with wooden doors.
BATHROOM:
Modern shower cubicles (with shower trays), water heaters, WC, washbasin and cabinets with mirror and light.
SECURITY:
Security is provided by day and night security guards and video entry system by the door into the reception office and the Cité. Three CCTV cameras provide surveillance of the whole premises.
LAUNDERETTE:
A launderette is located within the Cité. Three washing machines and 2 dryers are available for use at a modest cost. Details can be obtained from the Accommodation Manager / Assistant.
