RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made in one of the following ways:

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check in will usually be from 13:00 hrs onwards but we can be flexible depending on availability of the apartment. Check out must be done by 12:00 noon otherwise you will incure an extra nights charge.

PAYMENT
Full payment for the duration of stay must be made in local currency (Francs CFA) when you check in. Only cash payment is acceptable. A refundable security deposit is applicable and the amount depends on the duration of stay.
- One Bedroom Apartment: 25,000 CFA per night
- Three Bedroom Apartment 60,000 CFA per night , or 20,000 CFA per room per night
A supplement will be charged if two people share an apartment or room (click here to convert rates). We offer special discounted rates for weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual occupancy.

APARTMENT RULES
Please treat the property and furnishings with total respect. Apartments may not be used as a party space. Cooking is not permitted in the apartments unless there has been prior agreement with the Manager. You shall be responsible for the replacement of any damaged items. Under no circumstances must the keys to the apartments be taken out of the premises.
