PAYMENT
Full payment for the duration of stay must be made in local currency (Francs CFA) when you check in. Only cash payment is acceptable. A refundable security deposit is applicable and the amount depends on the duration of stay.
- One Bedroom Apartment: 25,000 CFA per night
- Three Bedroom Apartment 60,000 CFA per night , or 20,000 CFA per room per night (click here to convert rates).
A maximum of two people are allowed to occupy a room or an apartment, otherwise a supplement will be charged. We offer special discounted (subsidized) rates for those staying two weeks or longer... Find Out More >

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check in will usually be from 13:00 hrs onwards but we can be flexible depending on availability of the apartment. Check out must be done by 12:00 noon otherwise you will incure an extra nights charge.
