DISCOUNTED (SUBSIDISED) ACCOMMODATION CHARGES AT FOTABE HOUSE

Terms & Conditions

  • Full payment for the duration of stay must be made prior to taking up accommodation.
  • A Refundable Security Deposit is payable as follows:

ONE BEDROOM FLAT

  • If staying for up to 3 weeks = 50,000 Frs.
  • If staying longer than 3 weeks = 75,000 Frs

THREE BEDROOMS FLAT

  • If staying for up to 3 weeks = 75,000 Frs
  • If staying longer than 3 weeks = 100,000 Frs

* You will pay for utility bills (water / electricity) * You will be responsible for keeping the apartment clean * You will be responsible for purchasing gas for cooking. We will provide you with an empty gas bottle. * We will supply bed linen but you will be responsible for keeping it clean.

RATES FOR FLATS
 

ONE BEDROOM FLAT
Maximum number of occupants is 2; otherwise a supplement of 5,000 Frs. per day will apply)
SUBSIDIZED RATES:

  • 2 WEEKS STAY = 280,000 Frs
  • 3 WEEKS STAY = 375,000 Frs
  • 4 WEEKS STAY = 450,000 Frs
  • STAYING FOR 3-6 MONTHS = 350,000 Frs per month.
  • STAYING FOR 6-12 MONTHS OR MORE = 250,000 Frs per month.

THREE BEDROOMS FLAT
Maximum number of occupants is 2 per room; otherwise a supplement of 10,000 Frs per day will apply)
SUBSIDIZED RATES:

  • 2 WEEKS STAY = 450,000 Frs
  • 3 WEEKS STAY = 550,000 Frs
  • 4 WEEKS STAY = 650,000 Frs
  • STAYING FOR 3-6 MONTHS = 500,000 Frs per month.
  • STAYING FOR 6-12 MONTHS OR MORE = 400,000 Frs per month.
